Does the gift box price include GST?
On all of our arranged gift boxes GST is included (except for the Christmas range). On all individual items on the site, prices are exclusive of GST.
Can we put together our own gift box or buy promotional items on their own?
Yes, you can put together anything you want or buy one off items. If it is a company order and you need quite a few, we are happy to put together a themed giftbox. Please visit our customise your own page.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that your gift box has been damaged in transit please contact us within 12 hours and we will replace that item free of charge and organise collection of damaged goods.
What if you are out of stock of a certain item?
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will let the purchaser know and offer an equal or greater value item, but not before speaking to the purchaser and making sure that item suits them.
Under the Liquor Control act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.
